At ACA, we believe that today’s clinical trial is tomorrow’s clinical practice. We participate in these trials because we want to stay abreast of new device technology and drug developments that we can offer our patients. We also offer our patients different research opportunities that are aimed at improving existing treatments.
You may volunteer for one of our trials. Each trial is carefully selected by ACA to add value to the care of our patients in the program. The trials have to pass review by the FDA and an independent institutional review board prior to us offering them to you. This review board serves to protect the rights of patients enrolled in trials.
