How do I refill my prescriptions?

Requests for refills of medication your cardiologist has prescribed will be handled within 2 business days.

How soon can I get an appointment if my doctor orders a test?

Most test appointments can be scheduled within 24 hours, some the same day.

How will I be notified of my test results?

You will receive a phone call regarding your test results, usually within 5 days of your test. If you have not heard from us within that time, please do not hesitate to call.

What if I need to call the office after hours?

Calls, when the office is closed, will be referred to our answering service. An on-call physician is available for urgent matters when the office is closed. Prescription refills, scheduling of appointments, test results and other non-urgent matters will be handled during regular office hours.

What if I have a question about my bill?

You can reach our billing department from 8am to 4 pm M-F at 248-293-0667.

Do you accept credit cards?

Payments can be made by cash, check, credit or debit card.
